What’s the overall theme for the zine?
TWST Planner centers around the NRC Cast and the various events that have occurred in-game. There is no definitive theme as each month and the merch will cover various topics.How many artists are being accepted for the project?
We plan on having ~30 artists for the main planner and ~5 artists for merch.Is this project for-proft or for-charity?
For-Profit. Shares will be split between moderators and contributors accordingly based on the work they're assigned to do.Besides shares, how are contributors compensated?
Depending on the earnings remaining after production, contributors will first be given: free shipping, a free planner, and then a free merch bundle in that order. Any leftover funds will then be split amongst the team.What is the format for the zine?
This zine is a planner with loose-leaf pages. The planner will be a 6-ring A5 binder with 160+ pages of content.
The order will be 1 seasonal spread, 1-monthly page art, 1 monthly calendar, 5 weekly agendas, and repeat.Does this planner have a digital option?
The planner will only be available as a physical print. However, we may provide some digital merch content if time allows.Can we include our own OCs inspired from the game or Yuu/MC-insert characters?
The short answer is no. We would like to keep the project on brand with the game's faceless player to allow the planner to be enjoyed by all. TWST provides a wide variety of canon characters that can be drawn for each assignment.
The faceless students and visitors (such as those that came during the Halloween event) are okay to be drawn! Yuuken and Yuuka from the official manga are okay to be drawn! However, these aforementioned characters should not be the main subject of your drawings.Can we include ships / romantic pairings?
This is a no as well. Please keep any relationships depicted close to canon!Will the contents of the planner carry spoilers for the game?
Yes, while it will not contain heavy spoilers pertaining to the main story, there will be story events included that have yet to be released in the EN version of the game.

All applicants must be 16 years of age by the time the project begins. All applicants must be 18+ years of age to receive payment, or have a guardian substitute their PayPal for you. As a page artist, you can apply for either a spread or 3/4 page with 1 spot art. For this role, please include at least 3 finish pieces that show your strengths in composition, characters, and backgrounds.Spot Artists One Share
For this role, you will be required to draw a header image as well as several spot illustrations for 5 weekly spreads. Please include at least 3 pieces that show your strengths in character pose and silhouette. Samples containing background are not required here but highly recommended.Merch Artists One Share
Merch artists will be assigned to a variety of stationery. No previous experience is required but inclusion of merchandise you've created in the past is greatly appreciated!
